Philosophy

Our training philosophy is nature amplified - taking what natural gifting we have and developing the most of our potential: physically, mentally, inter-personally.

Our coaches have incorporated 35+ years of playing and coaching experience along with modern biomechanical and neuropsychological concepts into ourcustomized drills, developing coordination, conditioning, and correct mechanics for students of all skill levels.

Private Training

Tailored player skills development:

Our private training sessions are high intensity and goal-oriented. Coaches train synergistically, making for a seamless transference of skills and intensity from practice to game. 

Private training is limited to groups of 3 or less. Contact us for an initial evaluation and training schedule if interested.
